SUMMARY: City Manager recommending City Council schedule a work session on
Monday, July 1, 2024, beginning at 5:30 p.m. in the Historic Federal
Building Council Chambers. Bolten & Menk, Inc. will provide an update
on the stakeholder outreach, vision/goals, existing conditions results and
alternatives that are being considered for the Central Avenue and White

City Engineer Gus Psihoyos is recommending City Council schedule a work session on
Monday, July 1, 2024, beginning at 5:30 p.m. in the Historic Federal Building Council
Chambers. Bolten & Menk, Inc. will provide an update on the stakeholder outreach,
vision/goals, existing conditions results and alternatives that are being considered for
the Central Avenue and White Street Corridor Traffic Study.
I concur with the recommendation and respectfully request Mayor and City Council
approval.
