The library provided a scavenger hunt throughout the youth department, a free activity and coloring book, and an afternoon screening of the silent era movie "Safety Last" starring Harold Lloyd, which features the main character climbing various buildings and their architecture. • Art @your Library for June/July will feature art from the following artists: Tom Kedzie, Christy Kirk, Vickie Klinkhammer, Andy Sager, and Luke Stumpf The show will be called Photography Through New Eyes and will open with a reception on Friday, June 7 at 5:30 pm. • The installation of Gail Chavenelle's sculpture "Citizens" has resulted in some clean up of landscaping around the Locust side of the building. A ribbon cutting for the sculpture will take place on June 7. • The library's Summer Reading Program kicks off June 3. There are many fabulous programs and prizes for readers this summer.
