Ald. Frith moved that the Council
proceedings for the month of Novem-
ber be approved as printed. Carried.
Petition of Lester A. Smith, relative
to a landing place for his ferry in the
Ice Harbor, in the neighborhood of
- the foot of Second Street, presented
and read. On motion of Ald. Singrin
petition was referred to the Harbor
Committee with power.
Petition of J. W. Newburgh, et al,
relative to constructing a sanitary
sewer in Fremont Avenue, presented
and read. On motion of Ald. Saul pe-
tition was referred to the City Engi-
neer to view the grounds.
