O'Connor requesting that the City accept a deed to a parcel owned by Edward and Joan Tschiggfrie. The parcel was the subject of an Acquisition Plat in 2002. The intent, according to Mr. O'Connor, was that the parcel would be transferred to the City in connection with what is now the ITC Trail. Attached is a map showing the location of the parcel.
