The Dubuque City Council met in special session at 5:15 p.m. on November 18, 2024, in the
second -floor Council Chambers of the Historic Federal Building, 350 W. 611 Street.

purpose of conducting a work session on the Office of Community Impact and the Equitable Fine and
Fee Service Program.
