MINUTES APPROVED: Commissioner Parks motioned to approve the minutes of March 4, 2024 meeting. Seconded by Blau. Motion passed unanimously. UPDATE FROM Rainey shared that the events season is about to kick off. The FY 25 booking GENERAL MANAGER are looking strong and community events at the holidays are continuing. New AARON RAINEY ON events will feature pickleball and a returning favorite, Wags at the Flags. Rainey BOOKINGS AND is working with arena football as a potential event for Five Flags. EVENTS: UPDATE FROM Roof repairs have been completed. Staff have been working on painting DIRECTOR OF throughout areas of the building and are working on upgrading the old hockey OPERATIONS AND locker rooms as green rooms. Other work has included preparing equipment EVENTS JESSE replacement bids and addressing building issues as they occur. COSENS: UPDATE FROM Olson reviewed the quarterly financials. FY24 ended at a year to date $184,596 DIRECTOR OF greater than the budget proposed. Staff worked to control expenses throughout FINANCE GREG that period. Fourth quarter revenue was strong. OLSON: COMMENTS FROM Commissioner Jacobs asked about possible grants for the theater repair. COMMISIONERS: Commissioner Parks inquired about the building repairs budget. ADJOURNMENT: Commissioner Parks moved to approve future meetings, commissioner Jacobs second the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
