Receive and File the Specification of Charges and Civil Service Appeal of Aidan Carr. Motion by Crabill to receive and file the documents. Seconded by White. Motion carried 3-0. 2. Schedule an appeal hearing for Aidan Carr. Civil Service Commissioners, City staff, and attorney McCoy discussed their availability and reached consensus on the hearing date. Motion by Crabill to schedule Aidan Carr's appeal hearing for November 8, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. in City Council Chambers, 2nd Floor of the Historic Federal Building. Seconded by White.
