Present: Chairperson Dan White and Commissioner Carla Heathcote
Also present: Assistant City Attorney Jason Lehman, Attorney Kyle McCoy, Appellant Aidan
Carr, Former Police Captain and Commissioner Scott Crabill (abstained from participating in
the hearing as a commissioner), Police Captain Jason Pace, Chief Human Resources Officer
Shelley Stickfort, Police Chief Jeremy Jensen, Police Investigator Kurt Rosenthal, and Court
Reporter Rachel Waterhouse.
1. Hearing on the Appeal of Aidan Carr.
The hearing was called to order at 1:15 p.m.
Swearing in of witnesses: Carr, Crabill, Pace, Stickfort, Jensen, and Rosenthal by Chairperson
White.
