On January 6, 2025, the City Council approved the Real Property Exchange Agreement between the City of Dubuque and Theisen's Warehouse, LLC for the property legally described as follows: Lot 2A Dubuque Industrial Center West 9th Addition being part of Lot 2 of Dubuque Industrial Center West 9th Addition in the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 30, Township 89 North, Range 2 East of the 5th Principal Meridian, in the City of Dubuque, Dubuque County, Iowa, subject to easements and restrictions of record. The terms of the Real Property Exchange Agreement have now been met. I recommend that the attached Resolution Accepting the Deed be submitted to the City Council for consideration and approval.
