A notice of the public hearing must be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the vicinity of the proposed project(s) approximately 30 days in advance of the hearing. The notice must describe the project(s) in sufficient detail to allow the public to be aware of the projects and funding sources. REQUESTED ACTION: I respectfully request City Council adopt the attached resolution setting a public hearing for May 19, 2025 regarding the Jule's IDOT Consolidated Funding Application.
