AIRPORT COMMISSION MINUTES
Commissioner Brotherton moved to approve the minutes of the December 17, 2024
meeting. Commissioner RJ Blocker seconded the motion. The motion passed
unanimously.
OLD BUSINESS
01. Review Airport Statistics
Director Dalsing mentioned that aviation fuel sales were similar to the previous year.

02. AIP 78 Taxiway Alpha Phase 2 Construction Closeout Resolution
Commissioner RJ Blocker made a motion to approve Resolution A100-1-2025, Accepting
the Airport Relocate Taxiway A— Phase 2 Construction Project (construction portion only).
Commissioner Doug Brotherton seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
03. AIP 81 Reconstruct GA Apron Construction Closeout Resolution

Commissioner Doug Brotherton made a motion to approve Resolution 100-2-2025,
Accepting the Airport Relocate General Aviation (GA) Apron Construction Project
(construction portion only). Commissioner Sue Clemenson seconded the motion. The
motion passed unanimously.
04. Terminal Exit Lane Improvements Approval Resolution
Commissioner RJ Blocker made a motion to approve Resolution A300-1-2025, Approval
of Plans, Specifications, Form of Contract, and Estimated Cost for Construct Terminal Exit
Lane Improvements Construction Project. Commissioner Doug Brotherton seconded the
motion. The motion passed unanimously.
05. Terminal Exit Lane Improvements Award Contract Resolution
Commissioner RJ Blocker made a motion to approve Resolution A400-1-2025, Awarding
Public Improvement Contract for Construct Terminal Exit Lane Improvements
Construction Project for the Dubuque Regional Airport, Dubuque, Iowa. Commissioner
Doug Brotherton seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
DISCUSSION
06. Airport Commission Member Discussion
Commissioner Sue Clemenson is currently serving at -will. Bob Woodward applied for the
Airport Commission. City Council approval is set for February 17, 2025.
07. Airport Projects Update
Airport Director Todd Dalsing provided updates on the FAA federal pause.
08. Correspondence received since Tuesday, December 17, 2024 Airport
Commission meeting.
Articles provided to the Commission.

Closed session did not occur.
NEXT COMMISSION MEETING
The next scheduled Commission meeting is February 4, 2025.
Commissioner Sue Clemenson made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Commissioner
Doug Brotherton seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
