ACTION ITEMS
02. Runway Markings Improvement Project Resolution
Commissioner Doug Brotherton made a motion to approve Resolution A500-1-2025
Preliminary Approval of Plans, Specifications, Form of Contract and Estimated Cost;
Setting Date of Public Hearing on Plans, Specifications, Form of Contract and Estimated
Cost; and Ordering the Advertisement of Bids for Runway Markings Improvement.
Commissioner RJ Blocker seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
03. University of Dubuque Lease Amendment Resolution
Commissioner Marianne Kurtz Weber made a motion to approve Resolution A600-1-
2025, Set Public Hearing for Proposed Land Lease Agreement Amendment with
University of Dubuque. Commissioner Sue Clemenson seconded the motion. The motion
passed unanimously, with Mike Phillips abstaining.
CLOSED SESSION
Commissioner Marianne Kurtz Weber made a motion to go into closed session.
Commissioner RJ Blocker seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
