Duggan and Members of the City Council June 7, 2001 Claim by Chad Weydert Date of Claim 5/21/01 Date of Loss 12/11/00 Nature of Claim Vehicle Damage This is a claim in which the claimant states that his vehicle sustained damage when a City snowplow backed into his parked vehicle, causing damage to the rear bumper. The incident occurred in the Bunker Hill Maintenance Lot. According to the report ofGil Spence, Leisure Services Manager, the claim is correct as filed and he recommends payment in the amount of $242.63. The Legal Department concurs with this recommendation. It is therefore the recommendation of the Legal Department that this claim, in the amount of $242.63, be paid by the Finance Department and submitted to ICAP for reimbursement.
