According to the report of John Klostermann, Street/Sewer Maintenance Supervisor, after speaking with City employees and checking the Department's records, there was no knowledge of this sewer back-up. The Department did not respond to a call at the cla'unant's address nor do the records show a history of problems with this line. Mr. Klostermann recommends denial of this da'un based on lack of prior knowledge. I have checked my records and have talked to my employees about this claim and it appears that we do not have any knowledge of this back up. We did not respond to any call at this address or had any knowledge of this problem.
