Adoption of Agenda
Corey Valaskey motioned to adopt the agenda. Dan McNamer seconded. Motion passed 5-0.
Approval of Minutes of December 9 2022
Corey Valaskey motioned to approve the minutes. C Blaine Schoenhard III seconded. Motion
passed 5-0.
Action Items
Mr. Stuart asked that all three cases be combined. This was approved and Mr. Stuart
proceeded with his appeal. At 5:10 pm, Chairman Tom Thompson left and C Blaine
Schoenhard III took over as Vice Chair,
CASE B-4-6-1 INTERPRETATION OF THE CODE
Applicant: David Stuart

Appeal: Appellant requests appeal of October 10, 2022, Notice of Violation
On Case B-4-6-1 the Board unanimously agreed the code official correctly interpreted

On Case B-4-6-2 the Board unanimously agreed the code official correctly interpreted
the true intent of the applicable code and the code fully applied to the property. The

Mike Belmont updated the Board on the proposed adoption and amendments to the codes.
Code adoption did not go to the City Council meeting on the 310. It is anticipated that codes will
be put before the City Council on May 151h. Proposed amendments to the NEC, and the UPC
will be brought to the BCAAB on May 41h for consideration.

Dan McNamer motioned to adjourn the meeting. Corey Valaskey seconded. Motion passed 4-
0. The meeting was adjourned at 6:29 pm.
