REGULAR SESSION
The Dubuque City Council met in regular session at 6:30 p.m. on November 3, 2025, in the second -
floor Council Chambers of the Historic Federal Building, 350 W.. 6t" Street.
Present: Mayoj, Cavanagh; Council Members Farber, Jones, Resnick, Roussell, Sprank, Wethal;
City Manager Vh Milligen, City Attorney Brumwell.
Absent:
Mayor Cavanagh read the call and stated this is a regular session of the City Council called for the
purpose of conducting such business that may properly come before the City Council.

5. Authorized Depository Institutions
City Manager recommending City Council approval of a resolution that increases the
depository limit of banks to $80 million and $60 million to correspond with current certificate of
deposit activity and bank balances, and updates Dubuque Bank and Trust (DB&T) UMB Bank
n.a. due to the bank merger. Additionally
Vibrant bank has been removed, and Hometown Bank has been updated to Bank First with a
maximum balance of $1 million.
