ACTION ITEMS
1. Restaurant Lease: Commissioner Bob Woodward moved to approve Resolution
No. 1500-1-2025 approving the restaurant lease with Doyle's Landing.
Commissioner Ron Vaughn seconded the motion. The motion passed
unanimously.
STAFF MEMBER REPORTS
Airport Director Todd Dalsing provided the monthly air operations statistics and
correspondence since the last Commission meeting. The Commission agreed to create
an Air Service Subcommittee with Mariann Kurtz Weber and Bob Woodward serving as
members. The goal of the Subcommittee is to keep sustainable air service in the
community.

COMMISSIONER MEMBER REPORTS
Commissioner Bob Woodward spoke about his experience using Denver Air on two
occasions. Commissioner Mariann Kurtz Weber discussed providing a one -page
document of facts regarding the current air service. Commissioner Ron Vaughn spoke
about the EAA Breakfast and the Young Eagles Breakfast.
NEXT COMMISSION MEETING
The next scheduled Commission meeting is October 28, 2025.
Commissioner Ron Vaughn moved to adjourn the meeting at 4:56 p.m. Commissioner
Bob Woodward seconded the motion.
