Planning Services Director Wally Wernimont is recommending City Council schedule a
work session on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. The session will feature a
presentation on the Historic Millwork Outdoor Community Space concepts, delivered by
Planning Staff in collaboration with Confluence, the project consultant.
