Candidates for the position of Police Captain participated in a full -day assessment
center between November 6 and November 14, 2025, designed to evaluate supervisory
competencies and job performance in realistic scenarios. In accordance with Chapter
400 of the Code of Iowa and based upon the assessment center process and candidate
evaluation, we, the Civil Service Commission, hereby certify that the individuals listed
below achieved the top ten scores and have been ranked according to their cumulative
score. Any vacancy for this position should be made from this list and that this list is
good for a period of (2) two years.
