Dear City Manager and Members of the Dubuque City Council,
On behalf of Dubuque Main Street, I respectfully request to be added to the City Council
agenda for a 15-minute work session presentation on Monday, March 16, 2026. The
purpose of this request is to present Dubuque Main Street's annual report and provide an
overview of our organization's activities, outcomes, and priorities for the comingyear.
We appreciate the City's continued partnership and support of our efforts to strengthen
downtown Dubuque, and we welcome the opportunity to share updates directly with
Council through this public forum.
