AIRPORT COMMISSION MINUTES
Commissioner RJ Blocker moved to approve the Airport Commission Minutes of October
28, 2025. Commissioner Bob Woodward seconded the motion. The motion passed
unanimously.

ACTION ITEMS
1. Annual Election of Officers: Commissioner Ron Vaughn moved to approve Mariann
Kurtz Weber as Chair and Bob Woodward as Vice Chair. Commissioner RJ Blocker
seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
STAFF MEMBER REPORTS
Airport Director Todd Dalsing provided the monthly statistics, budget summary, invoice
summary, general aviation update, airport projects update, and correspondence since the
previous Airport Commission Meeting. Commissioner Mariann Kurtz Weber moved to
direct the Airport Director to continue any negotiations with Denver Air regarding service

and take any action as required by the City of Dubuque City Council. Commissioner Ron
Vaughn seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
COMMISSIONER MEMBER REPORTS
Commissioner Mariann Kurtz Weber thanked Matt Skinner for all of his service to date.
NEXT COMMISSION MEETING
The next scheduled Commission meeting is January 27, 2026.
Commissioner RJ Blocker moved to adjourn the meeting at 4:28 p.m. Commissioner Bob
Woodward seconded the motion.
