DATE: March 5, 2026 INTRODUCTION The purpose of this memo is to seek approval to reallocate remaining sanitary sewer SRF funding from Twin Ridge Sanitary Sewer Extension and Lagoon Abandonment Project (Project CIP # 5581500024) and Tamarack Sanitary Sewer Extension Project (Project CIP # 5581500001) to the ongoing Granger Creek Lift Station Improvements Project (Project ID: 5581500009) BACKGROUND The three above referenced projects are funded with a single State Revolving Fund (SRF) loan. Two of the three projects have been completed and accepted by the City Council. The two accepted projects are; Twin Ridge Sanitary Sewer Extension and Lagoon Abandonment Project (Project CIP # 5581500024) and Tamarack Sanitary Sewer Extension Project (Project CIP # 5581500001). DISCUSSION The acceptance memo, for the Twin Ridge Sanitary Sewer Extension and Lagoon Abandonment Project, identified a remaining balance of $285,783.43 from the portion of the single SRF loan allocated for the project. The acceptance memo also recommended reallocating the remaining funding to the ongoing Granger Creek Lift Station Capacity Improvements project (Project CIP # 5581500001). The acceptance memo, for the Tamarack Sanitary Sewer Extension Project, identified a remaining balance of $153,808.07 from the portion of the single SRF loan allocated for the project. The acceptance memo also recommended reallocating the remaining funding to the ongoing Granger Creek Lift Station Capacity Improvements project (Project CIP # 5581500001).
