1. Public Hearing for the Fiscal Year 2027 Amount of Proposed Property Tax
Rate and Dollars and the Fiscal Year 2027 Budget and Fiscal Policy
Guidelines
Proof of publication on notice of public hearing to consider City Council approval of
the Fiscal Year 2027 proposed maximum property tax dollars of $31,940,934 (tax
rate of $10.1648), or a 6.93% increase over FY2026 property tax dollars, and the
Fiscal Year 2027 Budget and Fiscal Policy Guidelines, and City Manager
recommending approval.
