Van Milligen, City Manager SUBJECT: Smart Parking & Mobility Master Plan — Request for Work Session DATE: April 1, 2026 Director of Transportation Services Ryan Knuckey is recommending City Council schedule a work session on Monday, May 4, 2026, beginning at 5:15 p.m. in the Historic Federal Building Council Chambers. City Staff and Walker Consultants will review the Multiple Pay By Plate and Mobile License Plate Recognition Requests for Proposals. During the review of the different systems submitted by vendors, the team will look at overall average capital costs, average operation costs along with the functionality of each system including ways to pay along with mobile options.
