Director of Sustainability Gina Bell is recommending City Council schedule a
Sustainable Dubuque work session at 5:30 pm on Monday, June 15, 2026, to convey
information about the city's greenhouse gas emissions, setting a science-based target,
and specific reduction goals broken down into residential, industrial and municipal
targets as we near 2030 and our 50% goal.
