2. RFP Comprehensive Fire Station Location and Facilities Study
Recommendation
City Manager recommending City Council approval to move forward with Wendel,
Five Bugles Design, in partnership with Mitchell Associates Architects, to complete
the Fire Department’s Fire Station Location and Facilities Study for $97,500.

3. Support of a Town Clock Lighting Partnership with Dubuque Forward
City Manager recommending authorization to proceed with the project to light the
Town Clock and authorization to sign the final agreement that will be completed
soon, consistent with the described understanding, so the project can be completed

updates regarding Economic Mobility through the Office of Community Impact and

Proposals.

8. Work Session Request: Sustainable Dubuque
City Manager recommending City Council schedule a Sustainable Dubuque work
session at 5:30 pm on Monday, June 15, 2026, to convey information about the
city’s greenhouse gas emissions, setting a science-based target, and specific

reduction goals broken down into residential, industrial and municipal targets as we
near 2030 and our 50% goal.
