entered into a voluntary settlement of this assessment appeal.
A copy of the proposed Stipulation of Settlement is attached hereto.
This Stipulation of Settlement will be presented to the lowa Property Assessment
Appeal Board for approval no sooner than fourteen (14) days from the date of this Notice.

The praperty is owned and operafied by Alpine Park MHC LLC. The parcel is a
Manufactured I�ome Fark located a#4095 Mount Alpine Street. The 1'19.95Wacr� property
contains 408 park spaces along with three outbuildings used for storage, clubhouse, ;
office and storm shelter. The property has been bui{t out in phases sfiarfiing in 1999 and
continuing through 2020.

The 2024 income and expenses of Alpine Park MHC LLC were pravided along with
nearby comparable property assessed valuafiions. After settlement discussions, the
parties have reached a proposed settlem�nfi agreement. The tentative settlement is for
