Acceptance Granger Creek Lift Station Improvements City Manger recommending City Council adopt the attached resolution accepting the public improvement, establishing the final contract amount at $1,257,914.83, and authorize the payment of the final contract retainage amount of $62,895.74 to Tri-Con General Construction Inc. for the Granger Creek Sanitary Sewer Pump Station Modification Project. This is a 3.02% increase from the original contract amount of $1,221,000.00.
