Economic Development Director Jill Connors is recommending City Council schedule a
work session for May 18, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. for the Community Foundation of Greater
Dubuque staff to present updates on its programs supported by FY2026 City Contracted
Service Agreements (Envision Dubuque and Project HOPE).
I concur with the recommendation and respectfully request Mayor and City Council
approval.
