Present: Commissioners Miquel Jackson (virtual), Otto Krueger, Carla Heathcote (virtual), Julie
Bockenstedt (virtual)
Also present: Fire Chief Amy Scheller (virtual)
Commissioner Heathcote called the meeting to order at 12:01 p.m.
1. Approval of minutes from February 11, 2026, meeting. Motion by Krueger to approve the
minutes as submitted. Seconded by Bockenstedt. Motion carried 4-0.
2. Request to approve civil service test dates for the position of EMS Field Supervisor in the
Fire Department. Motion by Jackson to approve the test date of April 13 with a contingency
date of April 17 for the position of EMS Field Supervisor. Seconded by Heathcote.
Commissioner Jackson to proctor on April 13 and Commissioner Heathcote to proctor on April
17, if contingency date is needed. Motion carried 4-0.
4. Adjournment. Motion by Jackson to adjourn at 12:11 p.m. Seconded by Heathcote. Motion
carried 4-0.
