Present: Mayor Cavanagh; Council Members Leyendecker, Resnick, Roussell, Sprank, Staver, Wethal; City Manager Van Milligen. Mayar Cavanagh read the call and stated this is a special session of the City Council called far the purpose of receiving presentations on certain Fiscal Year 2027 Department Budgets. PUBLIC HEARINGS Ciry staff presented Fiscal Year 2027 departmental budgets and responded to City Council questions following each presentation. Presentations were given by representatives from the following departments: 1. Police Fiscal Year 2027 Budget Presentation: Assistant Police Chief Joe Messerich, Chief Jeremy Jenson. Residents Clark Schloz and Leonard Dress provided input on the departments budget. 2. Fire Fiscal Year 2027 Budget Presentation: Fire Chief Amy Scheller. Resident Leonard Dress provided input on the departments budget. 3. Emergency Management Fiscal Year 2027 Budget Presentation: Emergency Management Director Tom Berger. 4. Emergency Communications Fiscal Year 2027 Budget Presentation: Emergency Communications Director Jessica George-Rethwisch. 5. Health Services Fiscal Year 2027 Budget Presentation: Public Health Director Mary Rose Corrigan. Resident Clark Schloz provided input on the departments budget.
