City Council Members discussed the Historic Preservation Commissions limited scope for considering dernolition permits of structures in historic districts and acknowledged that 2311 Central � Avenue lacks historical significance whereas 2327 Central iAvenue does hold historical significance for Dubuyue. Council i Members also reflected on the challenges of Approving � demolition requests within historic districts and affirmed � that such decisions�re made with careful consideration. i Motion carried 6-�0.
