City Engineer Gus Psihoyos is recommending City Council hold a work session on
Tuesday, September 8, 2026, beginning at 5:15 p.m. on the Central Avenue and White
Street Corridor Traffic Study. At this work session still will present the parking inventory,
occupancy, and turnover data, along with survey results, parking availability and
strategic recommendations for the Central Avenue and White Street Corridor. This
analysis will help inform future design for the adopted Multi -Modal alternative.
I concur with the recommendation and respectfully request Mayor and City Council
approval.
