Mayor Cavanagh read the call and stated this is a special session of the City Council called for the
purpose of discussing the process for the City Manager Executive Recruitment RFP Submissions.

City Manager Executive Recruitment RFP Submissions
City Attorney, Chief Human Resources Officer, and Talent Acquisition Manager providing the
submissions received in response to the Request for Proposals (RFP) for City Manager Executive
Recruitment Services and seeking direction from the City Council regarding its preferred approach to
the evaluation and vetting process for the executive recruitment firm.
