Goal-setting sessions are open to the public and will be held in person only at the
Grand River Center. There will not be a public input period during the sessions.
Members of the public who wish to share input are encouraged to contact the City

1) Annual Goal Setting - Session 3 of 3
The Dubuque City Council will hold the final of its three sessions for annual goal-
setting.
A dinner break will be held at 5:00 p.m.
