Absent: on August 24, 2026, in Room 4 of Resnick, Roussell, Sprank, Slaver, Mayor Cavanagh read the call and stated this is a special session of the City Council called for the purpose of discussing the City Manager Executive Recruitment RFP Scoring Process and conducting annual goal setting.
