There was a presentalion of Cerlificates of Ap¡aecialion for City Employee Police Officer Russell Stecklein and a letter of ap¡aeciation from Governoc Branstad to Assistant City Manager Stephani Johnson. RESOLUTION NO. 20.93 FINAL ESTIMATE Whereas, the contract for the Locker/Breakroom Rehabilltalioo of Keyline Transit Garage Project has been completed and the City Engineer has submitted his final estimate showing the cost thereof including the cost of eslimates, nolices and inspeclion and all miscellaneous costs; NOW THEREfORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OP THE CITY OP DUBUQUE, IOWA: Seclion 1. That the coot of said improvement is hereby determined to be $46,247.16 and the said amount sball be paid from Local Oplion Sales Tax fund of the City of Duhoque, Iowa. RESOLUTION NO. 28.93 RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING ON AMENDING RESIDENTIAL PARKING PERMIT DISTRICT Regular Session, February 1,1993 34 "B" AS DEFINED BY SECTION 32.395 OF TIlE CODE OF ORDINANCES TO INCLUDE TIlE SOUTH SIDE OF WEST 3RD STREET FROM ST. MARY'S STREET TO BLUFF STREET Whereas, the City of Dubuque, pursuant to Seclion 32-383 of the Code of Ordinances, has received a pelilion containing sofficient signatures requesling that the south side of W. 3rd Street from St. Mary's Street to Bluff Street be included in Residential Parking Permit District "B"; and Whereas, pursuant to said Seclion 32-3g3, the City Manager has caused a parking slndy of the area idenlified above to be undertaken; and Wbereas, the City Manager, based upon results of the study, and in accordance with Seclion 32-383, recommends that the area be designated as a Residenlial Parlring Permit District and that exisling Residenlial Parking Permit Dis1rict "B" should be amended to include the south side of W. 3rd Street from St. Mary's Street to Bluff Street.
