estimate showing the cost thereof including
the cost of eslimates, nolices and inspeclion
and all miscellaneous costs;

Seclion 1. That the coot of said
improvement is hereby determined to be
$46,247.16 and the said amount sball be paid

Whereas, the City of Dubuque, pursuant
to Seclion 32-383 of the Code of
Ordinances, has received a pelilion
containing sofficient signatures requesling
that the south side of W. 3rd Street from St.
Mary's Street to Bluff Street be included in
Residential Parking Permit District "B"; and
Whereas, pursuant to said Seclion 32-3g3,
the City Manager has caused a parking slndy
of the area idenlified above to be
undertaken; and
Wbereas, the City Manager, based upon
results of the study, and in accordance with
Seclion 32-383, recommends that the area be
designated as a Residenlial Parlring Permit
District and that exisling Residenlial Parking
Permit Dis1rict "B" should be amended to
include the south side of W. 3rd Street from
St. Mary's Street to Bluff Street.

drive grades had not been established, nor
had all driveways been brought to grade and

No. 336-92, dated October 19, 1992,
approved the fiual plat of Loras Estates; and
Wbereas, the owners were required to
secure the oondilions of said Resolulion by
providing secotity and executing an
acceptance within focty-five (45) days of the
date of such Resolulion; and
Whereas, in Resolulion Number 350-92,
the City Council reaffirmed its approval of
the fiual plat of Loras Estates and granted
the owners an additional seventy-five (75)
days in whicb to execute an acceptance and
furnish the secotity otiginally required by
Resolulion No. 336-92; and
Whereas, the owners have been unable to
comply with the condilious of Resolulion
No. 336-92 and Resolulion No. 350-92, and
now desire the City Council to grant them an
