The Board of Trustees of the Carnegie -Stout Public Library (C-SPL) met in the Lacy
Board Room at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 10, 2026.
Present: President A. Alanda Gregory, Vice President Andy Bland, Secretary Diann
Guns, Trustee Victor Lieberman (5:02 pm), Trustee Christy Monk (5:02 pm),
Trustee Pam Mullin, Library Director Nick Rossman
1. President Gregory called the meeting to order at 5:01 p.m.
"Moved to adopt the meeting agenda of March 10, 2026."

2. Set a Public Hearing for March 26, 2026 at 4 pm for the purpose of hearing or
receiving an input to the adoption of proposed drawings, specifications and form of
contract and estimated cost for a public improvement project at Carnegie -Stout
Public Library.
