STAFF PRESENT: Steve Fehsal, Dan Kroger, Matt Kalcevich, and Angie
Metcalf
CALL TO ORDER: Axtell called meeting to order at 4:08 p.m.
MINUTES APPROVED VOTE:
It was moved by Tigges, second by Axtell, to approve the minutes of the
March 10, 2026 meeting. Henkel abstain, Unanimous.
PUBLIC INPUT:
None.
DIRECTOR UPDATE:
Parks and Recreation Director, Matt Kalcevich, provided an update on the
FY 2027 budget presentation as it related to the Five Flags Center, ImOn
Arena, and Grand River Center. He also provided an update on the lighting
of the town clock.

Park and Recreation Division Managers, Fehsal and Kroger, provided details on
the FY 2027 operating budget that will be presented to council on April 13tn
Henkel made a motion to recommend the FY 2027 operating budget. 011endick
seconded. Unanimous.
DIVISION MANAGER REPORTS:
Park and Recreation Division Managers, Fehsal and Kroger, provided an update
on ongoing projects for Parks and Recreation.
COMMISSION COMMUNICATION / QUESTIONS:
None.
