Claim of Ralph Lemmer
Claim is acceptable as filed.
I spoke with the customer, the crewmembex collecting this customer and the
officer investigating the incident and took a photo. The description of the claim damage
appears reasonable. The estimate of the replacement cost for damage caused was not
stated on the claim. A receipt for $20.77 for a replacement part for the damage was
included and should cover the claim in full.
I recommend approval of the claim if requested damages do not exceed $20.77.
