Voluntary Annexation
Introduction:
This is to notify you of the voluntary annexation of property known as Lot 2 Juran Place
of the SE '/4 of the NE '/4 of Section 18, T89N, R2E, 5th P.M., Dubuque County, Iowa.
Discussion:
a. The attached map identifies the parcel:

Dubuque County, Iowa-
State law requires the City to notify you in the event of either voluntary or involuntary
annexation applications to allow for your comments to be considered. A public hearing
has been scheduled for July 24, 2001 at 7:00 P.M. at Asbury City Hall (5080 Asbury
Road).
Action Step:
Should you have any comments or concerns regarding this voluntary annexation, this
notification advises you of your oppommity to comment. Please be advised that the City
Clerk should receive any written communication or request to address the City Council
by July 17, 2001 at 5:00 P.M. to meet the City Council agenda deadline for the Tuesday,
July 24, 2001 public hearing.

Pursuant to the directive of the City Council of the City of Asbury, IA, notice is hereby
given to the parties interested and citizens of said city that on the 24th day of July, 2001 at
7:00 P.M. at the Asbury City Hall, 5080 Asbury Road, Asbury, IA, the City Council will hold a
public hearing to take action on the follow/rig voluntary annexation request:
