This property is located in the Jackson Park Historic District.
StyleNear: Queen Anne remodel of two-story brick gable front and wing, house extends east in a three-
story massing with a full-width through-cornice gable roof dormer, there is a side gable north wing.
Stone foundation.
Alterations:
Landscaping/Setting: fronts west onto Grove Terrace, ground falls away to the east, addressed to West
12th, corner location
