Honorable Mayor, City Manager & City Council:
Acting as agent for my three children, living out of town, I am proposing and honrably requesting the vacation of Kebbie ST. from the North lot line of Lot 5 Block 3 of C.J. Bies Sub division to its southern termination.
As this portion of Kebbie St. does not exist (not developed) and does not have any utlities, I would appreciate the vacation to the adjacent
property owners, my three children.
Enclosed you will find a plat proposed from our City Engineers Dept. showing sections (D) of 3B2 (C) of L & B's, proposed, to be dedicated for new plated cul de sac, in exchange for portion of vacated Kebbie St.
The nine south lots and vacated Kebbie St. portion(b) would then, hopefully be rezoned C3 as is the zoning to the east west & south. Giving this land a logical reasonable use, as I"ve had no reasonable offers
since 1968 or so.
These nin south Lots (L's 5, 6 1 of B2: L's 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 of B3) would be
divided equally into two lots, with access from the West.
Presently, I'm having IIW Engineers & Surveyors plot this according to our City Engineers Dept suggestion, and also giving us a sq. footage figure of each of (A) (B) (C) &
(D). Refer to City proposal plat.
