More than one year has passed since the date of the original inspection. The initial inspection of this property was performed on March 2, 1999, where 90 code violations were cited. There are currently 88 outstanding violations on our inspection list. A reinspection of this property was set for May 14, 2001 to assess the progress. The inspector did not gain access, the owner did not show up for the inspection. BOARD COMMENTS (IF ANY): CASE 01-00113 1428 IOWA ST DUBUQUE, IA 52001 MOTION: TOM F3kNNAN SECOND: BOB SAMPSON TI{E FINDINGS OF THE BOARD WERE: The owners, John and Jane Dolter, requested a variance on making certain repairs on the exterior fire escape. The variance was discussed extensively by the Board members, Mr. Dolter and the Inspectors. It was not clear to the Board exactly what Mr. Dolter was asking a variance on. The following motion was made. TOM HANNANMOTIONED TO TABLE THIS MATTER WITH THE UNDERSTANDING REPAIRS ARE MADE WITHIN 60 DAYS AND THE BOARD WILL GRANT A VARIANCE ON STAIRWELL HEIGHT. BOB SAMPSON SECONDED. MOTION PASSED 4-0. BOARD COMMENTS (IF ANY): ADJOURNMENT: Bob Sampson motioned to adjourn the meeting at 5:30. seconded. Motion passed with a unanimous voice vote.
