Vehicle Damage
This is a claim in which the claimant states that a City maintenance vehicle backed into her
car while it was parked at 1925 Jeffrey Drive.
According to the report of John Klostermann, Street/Sewer Maintenance Supervisor, this
claim is consistent with the damage caused by one of the City's maintenance vehicles. It
is his recommendation to pay the claim as filed. The Legal Department concurs with this
recommendation.
It is therefore the recommendation of the Legal Department that this claim, in the amount
of $316.22, be paid by the Finance Department and submitted to ICAP for reimbursement.
