Style/Year: 2 story, framed, front gable, vernacular house built c. 1921.
Physical Description:
16'W x 27'L Core, 12' W x 13'L one - story, gable roof, rear addition, 8'W x 16'L hipped roof enclosed
front porch, and a 8'W x 13'L shed roof, enclosed rear porch.
Alterations:
The structure has been sided with 12" lap asbestos slate siding. The front and rear porches have been
enclosed.

Landscaping Notes: Property is a 50' wide by 74' deep level lot. The lot is located on the east side of
Elm Street. The lot is bordered by Elm Street to the west and the City's North End Neighborhood
Bike /Hike Trail to the east. Private sidewalk/steps from public walk to front door. Private sidewalk from
rear door to garage. Two parallel, gravel, track driveway.
8. Narrative Statement of Significance:
The structure has been sided with 12" lap asbestos slate siding. The front and rear porches have been
enclosed.
Historical Notes:
Water service tap records show that Joe Gibbons owned the property when it tapped on November 26,
1973.
