ITEMS FROM STAFF
Update on Comprehensive Plan Products
Sesterhenn provided cost estimates on reprinting the Comprehensive Plan Goals and
Objectives booklet and the Land Use Map. She also provided the ClP funds allocated
for the reprint.
Based on the cost estimates, it appears that the Commission can reprint the document
in substantially the same format as the previous version. Commissioners questioned
why the same printer has to be used for both products and if Regency Thermographers
was contacted for an estimate. Sesterhenn will report on these items at the next
meeting and will work with staff on the development of the products.
Update on LRPAC Membership
Sesterhenn announced that the LRPAC has two new Commissioners: Floyd Schneider
and Charles Winterwood. She also noted that the City Council approved the LRPAC's
request to reduce the number of at-large Commissioners from 8 to 6 and to eliminate
the Zoning Advisory Commission's liaison position.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 7:37 p.m.
Respectfully submitted,
Lisa Sesterhenn, Assistant Planner
