Vernacular two-story frame L-plan, attached garage on left, side porch on right of front wing, flat roof
wing (1959) continues (1937) two-story east wing.
Physical Description:
29x28 core, 23x12 garage.
Alterations:
Asbestos siding, east addition, porch enclosed.
Building Permit Card:
1937-construct two-story add-owner: M. Sadler-contractor: F. Henkels-$1,750
1959-addition to side of single family frame dwelling-owner: Leo Sadler-contractor: M.P. Kluck-$2,000.

Sloped yard to the east, corner lot, fronts south.

Does not appear to be on 1889 overview.

The 1889 Bird’s Eye View does not show this house as present.
Appears not angled on 1884 and 1891 Sanborn Maps, two-story rectangular core with offset rear wing
and south facing inset rear porch, full width front porch, with three sheds on southeast front corner,
small house on southwest corner. The 1909 Sanborn map slightly angles the 1909/36 shows same. It
is more than curious that the 1964 map shows this parcel vacant!
