Narrative Description: Architectural Style And Key Stylistic Elements: Classical Revival style, two-story gable front plan, rusticated concrete block construction, Palladian attic window set in pedimented front cantilevered above full-height offset bay and double-decker corner recessed porch, shingled gable roof front Physical Description: 48x24 core, 4x7 corner porch (right), saw tooth shingle, concrete water table, art glass in transoms Alterations: porch replacement, door replacement, metal railings on porch, window replacement in attic front, no permit data found. Wooten owns large parcel that embraces five future houses when sewered 1891. City Directory Notes: (314 Hill) First listing Arthur and Martha Hunt, 1909, listed through 1921, he was a commercial traveler. Historical Image Notes: The 1909 Sanborn map shows no house. The 1909/36 Sanborn map shows the building as flats, of concrete block construction, with a front bay, right side entry porch and a rear porch. 9.
