Narrative Description: Architectural Style And Key Stylistic Elements: Vernacular two-story brick T-plan, gable roof canopy on entries (2) Physical Description: Wing to right, 24x 36 core, brick veneer on façade, twin gable roof canopies with brackets, brick side balustrades on porch stoop Alterations: Sandblasted brick, no lintels, appears newer? Simple brick sills with one course laid flat, soldier brick water table Building Permits: None found. Outbuildings: Gambrel roof garage, 20x20, new, stone rubble walls, concrete foundation Landscaping Notes: Level lot, shelf, corner lot, rear north retaining wall, garage to north fronts west on Paul, house fronts south. 8.
